Purchase Order Supervision & Reporting
Know the status of your shipments in an instant, day or night, with our FastTRAK System. Purchase order data can be transmitted to us in nearly any known electronic format. Once received and acknowledged by our system, open purchase orders are diligently monitored, reviewed and updated by our operational personnel across the world. Status reports can be accessed online, or via electronic delivery to the location of your choice. You will never have to wonder about the status of your shipment-we provide 24-hour access and peace of mind in a neatly bundled services package.
Physical Consolidation
Physical consolidation efforts are coordinated via our regional offices (or agents) to ensure that all merchandise is received in compliance with instructions provided by the individual importer. All markings and numbers are then meticulously checked to assure they meet importer specifications. Once the merchandise is validated, it is then loaded onto shipping containers for shipment. Distribution of load, size, style, color, and other shipment and container criteria are fully customizable. Our goal is to provide a seamless integration with your existing operational model and uninterrupted service no matter the load requirements.
Commercial Document Collection & Cargo Receipt Issuance
A complete set of commercial documents is collected and reviewed for timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with Importers instructions and/or Letter of Credit requirements. Once the documents have been approved, the Forwarders Cargo Receipt (FCR) is issued and released to the vendor. Scanned documents can be sent via electronic file for lean and fast confirmation, while the originals are couriered to all designated parties.
